You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, wrong, or missing parts.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us with order details, photos, and unboxing proof if available.
Used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return.
Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your bank account after approval.
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
